Wonderful

Stay here overnight before the flight. The bus stop to the airport is very near. Just a 3-5 min walk. Was a great experience. The room had with great view of the city and sunset. The personnel was polite. Also just across the road a great place for dinner – Dampa Seafood Grill.

The staff was very nice and willing

At the end, I wanted to tip some of the staff that made my stay exceptional and it was disappointing when it turned out it was impossible to identify them because the front desk didn't know them and even the restaurant supervisor who had shift that day didn't know. It was almost like they never existed and it made me wonder if the hotel really cares about the people who make the difference.

Very good for money!

It is located in a wonderful location close to shops, malls and parks. I don’t know about the transportation cause we traveled only by taxi and we stayed for a day. The hotel room big clean and upgraded to a beautiful view. Good breakfast. Did not hear traffic

The dirty windows. The fact that although the receptionist told us that we should not be hearing anything from the bar at 17 th floor the bass could be heard but fortunately we could sleep. We were an 14 th floor. I think there should be noise only until a specific hour. The bathroom sink needs to be looked at as it does not drain water properly

Very great and lovely stay

Very great structure, the stay was super good and the room was very big and comfortable. Ideal if you are a couple or traveling alone for job or vacation. There is also a very nice roof top where you can find a nice pool and there is a nice view. I really recommend the structure.

Gym too small and pool covered by a roof, so not many spots where to sunbath in case you like it.

Reasonable the overall stay

Room is very confortable, clean and good size bathroom. The guests were kind and helpfull.

It was not expected the paid parking, as it is not clear in the advertisement. The breakfast is very limited. No Western options like breads, cheeses, yoghurt, juice and coffee machine with option. It not worthy the breakfast price. Lower star hotels have better options.

Expensive

20 mins away from the airport with car. The hotel is at the city center and provides easy access to the needs.

Car park is a big problem for this hotel, we needed to park far away. Although we reserved a non-smoking room, our room was smelling smoke and there was an ashtray exists. The price was expensive for service provided.

The customer service was very good. Very nice & polite stuff. Our room was clean, bright & we had everything what we needed. Good breakfast- variety of food choices. Easy access to shops, marina and other places.

Very Good

We had a pleasant stay, we were upgraded to a corner room which which had amazing views of downtown Abu Dhabi. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Overall worth the price!

The pillows were a bit bulky and uncomfortable. There was no parking available in the area and hotel property parking was 30dhs overnight. We were not happy with this.

Good for short stay, nice view from the room.

We like the location and the rooms.

The staff at the pool bar. One of the waiter was amazing and super friendly but the bodyguards/security told us almost every time that we are not allow to be there with our kids.The first day they let us stay without any problems and the others were problems.Why? I don't know but we just wanted to have dinner and drink and it was evening. It was quite loud location(you could here the traffic in the room at night) but we didn't mind because it was worth the price.
